Refund policy
Unfortunately we don't accept returns on our products .
We double check the products before shipping .In the event of damage during shipping we will replace with same product or exchange with an item worth the same price .Please note that the below return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.
options after Return:
You can choose to do one of the following
1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website totalling the amount of purchase
2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website up to the returned value.
3. Forcing of return for refunds - we charge 15% restocking fee
Conditions of Return
jewelry must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return is acceptable only within 3 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. Returns shipping cost will not be covered by us.
Made to order and jewelry are not covered under the return policy.
CHARGEBACKS :
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be barred from future purchases .
Items have to be returned or else legal action will be taken .
In events where the chargeback is ruled in our favor and where the customer has returned the items as well to us , we will be deducting the shipping charges and restocking fee before refunding remaining amount to you .
There is no exception of waiving of shipping charges and restocking fee .
RESTOCKING FEE IN EVENTS OF CHARGEBACKS -15%
CANCELLATION POLICY :
we don't accept cancellation of orders after 24hours once order is placed.
strictly no cancellations are accepted on made to order or customized items .
